This hotel is chic and fairly clean, has helpful staff and top location next to Universal parks. It has fashionable brand-new rooms, that come with huge comfortable beds, a nice view plus a bare minimal level-new towels.

Everything was perfect, hotel offers excellent service and unbeatable location. The food we tried was outstanding and they have lots of meals to choose from.

I chose this hotel for a corporate offsite due to its impressive conference facilities, offering 115,000 square feet of space including a conference center, conference space, and meeting rooms. The convenience of the boat/ferry transport to the nearby theme parks was a great perk, allowing for some relaxation before and after work commitments. The staff's professionalism and the cleanliness of the property were also noteworthy.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with comprehensive facilities for meetings and presentations, which would have been a valuable addition to support my corporate activities during the stay.

Our experience at Universal's Loews Sapphire Falls Resort was truly special. The resort was impeccably clean and the customer service was top-notch. The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, nestled right next to the water taxis. We had a delightful brunch at The Hideaway Bar & Grill, which was conveniently located nearby.
